• If any client so referred already exists in the records of Broking Company, as an existing client or a potential client, then such client’s referral shall not be considered as eligible referral and consequently no level income  shall be shared.
• All the account opening formalities and verification will be carried out by Brokerage company and it reserves the right to reject opening of any account, if the same has been observed to be in contravention of any Regulatory requirements or not in accordance with the Internal code of Conduct.
• We reserves the right to terminate this arrangement or withhold payment of any referral fees if the business associate is found to be engaged into any fraudulent or manipulative activity or is involved in mis-use of the Companys proprietary and/or intellectual rights including brand name etc.
• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue this Scheme (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Scheme.
  We reserve the right to Decline anyone for any reason at any time from  this scheme.
• We  reserves the right to carry out checks & controls as it deem fit and proper, before disbursal of the amount.
• We reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change, alter or discontinue the offer and alter the terms and conditions from time to time.
• Any grievances related to above scheme/offer/campaign would not be entertained on Exchange Platform.
• If the details provided for referrals are incomplete/ incorrect/ invalid, the business associate who has provided the reference shall not be entitled to any reward under the business associate Program.
• business associate will not have access to trading terminal to put the trades on behalf of the client.
• I hereby declare that the details furnished are true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge and belief and I undertake to inform you of any changes therein, immediately. In case any of the above information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I am/we are aware that I/we may be held liable for it and undertake that:
• I have not been convicted for any offence in the past and presently not under trial for any offence involving fraud and dishonesty. I further confirm that I am not a defaulter/expelled on any Stock/ Commodities Exchange.
• I also confirm that I am an Indian Citizen and pay my taxes in India. I am not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP).
• I also confirm that I will only be involved in promotional and marketing activities. I will not pressurised people to invest in securities market.
